This nature house is a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse from the early twentieth century located in the valley of Niccone. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, set on a plot of about three acres with its own swimming pool, meadows, olive groves and woods. It has fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside. The villages of Mercatale and Lisciano Niccone are six kilometers away and offer supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurant. Cortona, Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia and Siena are easily reached by car. Welcome to Italy, welcome to this nature house!
