This cozy back to basics nature house (12m2) is suitable for 1 or 2 persons and is located in the countryside near beautiful hiking, biking and riding trails. On the ground floor is a cozy dining area (height 1.75) and a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and a two-burner stove. In the attic (you cannot stand upright) there is a window that opens and you sleep on a double mattress (1.40 x 2.m) on a slatted base. The attic is accessible via a wooden ladder. The cottage is only heated by a cozy wood stove and is soon warm! Outside there is a private toilet and shower. You can also sit outside and overlook the horse pasture, flower field (summer!) and the Korenburgerveen. A small barbecue, fire basket and two bikes (10 euros per day per bike) are available! Optionally, breakfast and / or a delicious 3 course vegetarian meal bijgeboekt.DIT HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR MINOR VALIDES / SMALL CHILDREN!
Nature and surroundings
At 25m. distance from the cottage is a fairy house which is also rented as a B&B/holiday house through Nature House. However, there is complete privacy. The possibility exists therefore if you are with more people to rent both houses! To get to the cottage you must walk 80 meters through a grassy path. You can not get there by car but there is a cart for luggage and the hostess can help you carry suitcases! Right across the road is the Natura2000 area Het Korenburgerveen, Mentinkbos and Rommelgebergte. There are many nodes and beautiful routes that show you all the beauty of the scenic landscape! Nearby there is the possibility of swimming in Het Hilgelomeer or De Slingeplas. And 6 km away is the beautiful book town of Bredevoort and the cozy Winterswijk. Also in the vicinity beautiful castles and Germany with the highlight being the flamingos in the Zwilbrockervenn and the Christmas markets in winter!
