Nature house in Bergambacht

This nature house is detached in a landscaped garden of the polder Zuidbroek, municipality of Krimpenerwaard. Suitable for two persons or family with children. The cottage has a covered entrance and a large, high hall containing a toilet and shower room. Adjacent to the hall is a spacious kitchen where you can cook and eat. Behind the kitchen is a spacious living room. Adjacent is a partially covered terrace facing south with a barbecue opportunity and picnic table. The first floor is about 60 m². The living room and hall are heated with gas heaters. From the hall, stairs lead up to a 40 m² bedroom with double bed (two 90x200 centimeter mattresses). Cribs are provided. There is a TV and wireless WiFi connection. For car / bikes there is parking in front of the guest house on private property. The entire garden of approximately one hectare is freely accessible, with the exception of the private garden behind the house.

Where the nature house is located still has the medieval polder layout where no land consolidation has taken place. It is a strip or stroke landscape of green meadows and ditches. Nature reserves, hiking trails on medieval quays, canoe routes, fishing water and bicycle paths. Within a radius of 25 kilometers are accessible: silver city Schoonhoven, fortified town Nieuwpoort, the mills of Kinderdijk, the old towns of Gouda, Dordrecht and Oudewater and the city of Rotterdam with its ports. In the garden of about one acre there is plenty of room to read, meditate, bird watch or just enjoy nature. The surrounding canals offer plenty of opportunities for boating with a boerenschouw, canoe or fishing (with fishing license). There are plenty of biking and hiking trails in the area.
