Nature house in Saint-Martin-La-Meanne

This nature house with a living area of 70 m² is located on a plot of 5,000 m² in the lovely Vallée de Dordogne. The cottage is located very rural in Saint-Martin-La-Méanne, 10 kilometers from the medieval town of Argentat sur Dordogne. In and around the nature house you have lots of nature and privacy. The cottage was completely renovated in 2016 while maintaining the authentic elements. It has a cozy living room with a very large original Cantou with wood stove. It also has a cozy interior with a flat screen TV (with satellite and many Dutch and other channels), free wireless high-speed internet connection (WiFi) and a new kitchen, new bathroom and lots of outdoor space with sunny and shady seating areas.

The nature house is very rural and quiet in a wooded area a stone's throw from the Dordogne River and 10 km from the medieval Dordogne River town of Argentat with all amenities. Although close to "civilization" it is very quiet and rural. There is private parking on the property with room for at least three cars and the very large grounds around the house of 5,000 m² are suitable for (foot) ball and other games. The nature house is located in southern Correze (Limousin) near the departments of Lot, Cantal and Dordogne. It is at 400 meters altitude so that summer nights are cool enough to sleep well. In Saint-Martin-La-Méanne there is an épicerie (small neighborhood supermarket). In Argentat you will find three large supermarkets, several banks, post office and several bakers and butchers with all kinds of delicacies. Medical care and several other stores are also here. Weekly there are nice markets and "vide greniers" here.
