The nature house is located in a yard, is part of a Longère on the edge of a forest and is located in a protected area. On one side the forest with many lakes and on the other side an area with hedges and many small roads, where you can do good walking and cycling (mountain biking). On the grounds there is a swimming pool, and 2 meadows where you can walk around with all the wild flowers etc. only paths are mowed. The cottage has a private terrace and is spacious (area 90 m²). This comfortable cottage is suitable for someone with disabilities: bedroom on the ground floor, high / low bed and an adapted bathroom. Completely renovated and renewed in 2012 while maintaining authentic elements. This cottage and its surroundings offer you everything to spend a quiet and carefree vacation.
Nature and surroundings
The environment of this nature house offers you a lot of peace, space and nature. The cottage is located in a protected area with the many hedges and small roads, next to the largest oak forests in Europe with many lakes. On walks and bike rides you can encounter deer (red deer), foxes or one of the many birds of prey or the Hoopoe. Or in autumn hear the belling of the deer or in spring spot the rare hop bird. All this just three hours from Paris. The Allier and Cher rivers are well worth a visit with all their natural beauty. Want something different? There are many castles nearby, fun markets/brocantes and historic cities Bourges, Nevers and Moulins (all within an hour's drive). Two kilometers from the cottage a beautiful recreational lake.
