Beautiful large luxury and comfortably equipped non-smoking Nature House, 130m2 near Seefeld in Tyrol, quietly located at the edge of the forest near the small river The Giessenbach with pebble beach, 100 m from the cross-country ski runs, panoramic view of the mountains and the Rosshütte, the highest point of the Seefelder Piste. Features: granite floor with floor heating, spacious hallway with internet table in open connection with the large modern fully equipped lacquer kitchen and spacious living room with 2 dining areas, flat screen TV, radio, sitting area, sliding doors to sun terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and large parasol. Bedrooms: multiple bedroom, double bedroom and single bedroom, separate toilet, spacious modern bathroom, double sink, shower with rain shower, separate bathtub. Ample parking on private property. Important information for guests: Landlord will send guest an invoice by email regarding deposit: for families € 500, for groups of friends: € 1,000, cc's passports and bed linen baby: € 10.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is very quietly located in Giessenbach and lies between Scharnitz and Seefeld in Tyrol. From the backyard you can hike, bike, mountain bike or cross-country ski directly. The ski slopes are just five car minutes from the nature house. Recommended are the Geisterklamm, a beautiful walk from Leutasch to Mittenwald, Mösern, an idyllic spot where you can also swim or sunbathe, the Hohe Munde, the Gaistalalm and the Karwendel area. In short, the area lends itself well to hiking, cycling, cycling, mountain biking, motorcycling, cross-country skiing and skiing. A wonderful place to feel at home!
