This sturdy, traditionally built and above all cozy nature house is available for you alone on a secluded wooded private plot of about 700 m² on the edge of the Veluwe. The ideal base for people who seek peace and want to walk and cycle in the nearby forests and moors of the Veluwe. This beautiful luxury house is fully equipped. A fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, comfortable floor heating and an atmosphere-enhancing pellet stove. Outside in the very private garden you will find a lovely lounge set, a large dining table with benches and a BBQ. Of course, the house also has good WIFI, a flat screen television and audio system. There are several board games available. In addition to the large bathroom with rain shower, there are two bedrooms, with a double bed and with two single beds. There are no cribs or high chairs available, therefore this house is less suitable for families with small children.
Nature and surroundings
There is a Finnish wood-fired outdoor sauna where you can relax after a strenuous day of biking or hiking. The deluxe private sauna package includes two bathrobes, two large bath towels, large outdoor rain shower and the eucalyptus infusion. The outdoors is central in Ermelo (Horst) and everything is within reach: cycling across the beautiful moors, hiking or horseback riding through the woods and surfing at Strand Horst on the Veluwe Lake. Visit Landgoed Staverden with its local brewery or Hoeve De Beek, come taste local wine at vineyard Telgt, discover Museum Het Pakhuis or go shopping in the cozy center of Ermelo and surrounding villages. A visit to the Hanseatic towns of Elburg and Harderwijk is also worthwhile. You can do your shopping at the huge Albert Heijn supermarket in Ermelo. Bicycles (also electric) can be rented at five minutes walking distance from the local bike rental company. We will gladly give you the address.
