The nature house, built of solid wood construction and also partly finished with local stone, is equipped with all modern comforts. On the ground floor are the spacious living and dining area (+ 60 m²), as well as the half open kitchen. Also a toilet (with rainwater flush) and the storage / utility room are located on this level. On the second floor there are four bedrooms (three times two Auping box springs, whether or not to be placed against each other, and one room with a bed that can be pulled out to make a double bed). All beds (for eight people) are equipped with comforters (ecological, African cotton), as well as the necessary pillows. The bathroom with toilet and bath is also located on this floor. A crib is also available. In the 15 acre garden there is another terrace (partly covered and heated), barbecue, swing/climbing tower and sauna. There is free departure on Sundays. Non-family groups can still be accepted with the owner's agreement.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in a low-traffic street on the outskirts of the quiet village of Dochamps. About a hundred meters away are the vast forests, where there are numerous opportunities for hiking. From the chalet you look over the vast valley. With a little luck you will see foxes, deer, ermines and even a family of wild boars. This nature house is primarily intended to accommodate family groups. Non-family groups can still be accepted, subject to the landlord's agreement and a possible increase in the deposit. The organization of student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties, etc. is prohibited. Wood consumption (sauna and stove) is charged per consumption, idem for garbage bags (mandatory municipal).Pets prohibited. On Sunday there is free departure. Bed and bath linen to bring your own. Laundry-dryer available nearby. The wood-fired sauna can be rented optional (€60/stay). EV can be charged with charge cards or by consumption.
