This nature house is a former train station intended for 4 people and is located in a beautiful, green and quiet area in the village of Chabannes The large grounds provide plenty of privacy, but are not completely secluded. Dun le Palestel can be reached within 5 minutes. You will find, for example, a doctor, dentist, pharmacy, stores and a large Intermarche. Bio market, Auberge and restaurants. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms. In room 1 is a double bed 140x 190 and in the other room 1 large bed 190x200. In the train house you will find a large assortment of DVD and a large game Box ( for indoor and outdoor). On the terrace next to the water a large BBQ. There are many animals to spot in the area and on the property, go looking for the trout at low tide, beavers, deer. Etc...in short, lots to do.
Nature and surroundings
The Limousin region, with Limoges as its capital, is located halfway between Paris and Toulouse on the western edge of the Massif Central in the province of Nouvelle Aquitaine. The region includes the three departments of Correze, Creuse and Haute-Vienne. The Limousin is a wooded region with hills, many clear streams and numerous large lakes. The landscape is very varied and there is something for everyone. There are numerous markets and countless flea markets in the area. The Limousin has been named the cleanest area in France. The large pond adjacent to the terrace is permanently replenished by water sources and therefore very cold. There is water inspection on the property due to the young wild trout swimming in the pond and stream at high tide. The springs, streams and ponds are protected and it is strictly forbidden to throw soap and the like into them. Cars can be parked on the side of the road next to the property.
