Welcome to this cozy nature house in the woods. At the front, from the master bedroom, you have a view of a beautiful open field. At the back, a cozy terrace, absorbed in the setting of a mature 50 acre beech forest. The warm scaffolding, the Ardennes tiles and the mosaic windows are romantic. A cozy table adorns the kitchen. The cottage is equipped to accommodate six people as standard. On the ground floor is the spacious master bedroom. Please note that a hunting lodge does not have a high roof, which is why the two attic bedrooms on the upper floor are not able to stand upright for their full length. However, this is amply compensated for by the comfortable, ergonomic mattresses and the fun, scaffolding-wood furnishings. These loft rooms are less suitable for older people who have difficulty walking. On the ground floor there is not only the master bedroom, there is also a cozy sitting lounge, great in the summer.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the middle of the beautiful Ardennes forests, in a hunting area. Who knows, you might see a deer or a wild boar.Put on your shoes and take one of the many marked walks in the area. With the Clock Museum of Tellin, the rivers Lesse and Lomme, the caves of Hann, the book village of Redu, the picturesque Smuid, hunting capital St. Hubert, the Trappists of Rochefort, and of course the numerous hiking and mountain biking trails within a stone's throw, boredom is not an option here. The cottage is rented on weekends for a minimum of two nights. It is not rented to student groups. Pets are not allowed. The sympathetic Nine and Geert will welcome you on arrival. Please bring your own toilet paper and bath towel and bed linen.
