Detached nature house with all modern comforts in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the front. The living area is a large, continuous, cozy space over the full width of the house with kitchen, dining area and lounge. The large windows overlook the large, enclosed garden and a wide view of nature. There are two terraces at the front and back of the house with garden furniture that always allows you to sit in the sun (if available). On the garden side there is also a built-in barbecue. At the front there is a petanque court. In the garage there is a small games corner with Xbox for the children. There is WiFi all over the house as well as digital TV in the lounge. At 300 meters there is a bakery open six days a week (closing day = Thursday) and organic store open on Friday and Saturday.
Nature and surroundings
Walking out of the street, you enter directly into the forest that descends to the river Lesse. Many walks and VTT routes are marked out throughout the area leading to Lesse, Our, Redu, Daverdisse, Porcheresse, Gembes.... The cozy bookish village of Redu has numerous bars and restaurants, but also in Our and Paliseul there are restaurants offering both simple and more refined cuisine. Nearby is also Euro Space Center and at 17 kilometers you will find the historic city of Bouillon with its medieval castle and many establishments. You can also go here for all kinds of sporting activities, such as kayaking, horseback riding, tennis, paintball, ropes courses, death rides, etcetera.
