The nature house is a renovated, Tuscan farmhouse, in exclusive use, 18 km from Siena. It is located in the heart of Tuscany, in the wooded hills of the Montagnola Senese Nature Reserve with its many medieval villages and castles. The estate surrounding the nature house consists of olive groves, woods, fruit trees and a natural spring or pond. The farm produces organic olive oil and honey and overlooks the hamlet of Simignano and the surrounding hills. The house, all in natural stone, was built in 1300 and renovated in 2016 preserving typical Tuscan elements, such as wooden beams and floors in cotto. Three apartments and an annex, all bedrooms with air conditioning. Ideal for groups. There is a covered patio with bbq and large dining table, an outdoor kitchen with grill near the fenced private pool (5x10 meters) and Jacuzzi, playground with trampoline, table tennis, soccer/volleyball court and charging station for electric cars!

This nature house is located in a beautiful, wooded and hilly area with many hiking trails through shady greenery and so it is very suitable for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. It is also possible to walk on the private property of the farm through woods and olive groves with a great chance to observe one of the many wild animals. The forest is rich in deer, porcupines, squirrels, wild boars and many species of birds, including the pheasant, owl and woodpecker. A magical place, surrounded by nature, with all the privacy one desires on vacation. Upon request it is possible to rent mountain bikes or scooters. Horseback riding can also be organized for you by the landlord. She is happy to give advice on walking routes or can come along on request as a guide (with the ponies for the children). Or she will give tips on attractive villages, restaurants, wine tastings and anything else you would like to know. It is also possible to book a Tuscan dinner/pizza or wine tasting. The landlord lives a 15-minute drive from the farmhouse. The entire location around the nature house is available exclusively for you, the guest! You don't have to share anything with other guests or the landlord.
