The nature house can accommodate 2 to 6 adults (and 2 children). Built in a "contemporary" chalet style and high (434 meters above sea level) above the Ourthe Valley perfectly integrated into the beautiful surroundings. Wherever you are in the house, you can enjoy the beautiful views of fields, forests and the Ourthe Valley. On the ground floor a large, bright living room with integrated kitchen equipped with all comforts: fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, cooker hood, four-burner gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and Senseo. Separate toilet, hall and storage/technical room with washing machine. Covered terrace facing southwest. Upstairs: 3 separate bedrooms. The rear bedroom has a spacious, sunny balcony. Upstairs are 2 small bathrooms, 1 with shower, toilet and sink and 1 with bath and sink. Weekend stay is from Friday 4 pm to Sunday 8 pm.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the small village of Bonnerue in the municipality of Mabompré-Houffalize at an altitude of 420 meters above sea level, a wonderful starting point for beautiful walks or mountain bike rides in the Ourthe Valley, a nice winter hike with the sled or just enjoy the sun or play in the garden or have a nice barbecue and enjoy a tasty local beer at sunset. The village of Bonnerue is about eight kilometers from Houffalize, 17 kilometers from La Roche and 15 kilometers from Bastogne. The region lends itself well to making beautiful walks or mountain bike rides, fishing, swimming, cross-country or alpine skiing, enjoying nature and the Ardennes environment. Would you rather spend a day doing something different? The country of Luxembourg is 17 kilometers away, there are many opportunities for shopping or refueling. You can also go shopping in Bastogne, even on Sunday afternoon!
