This nature house is located in Hameau des Claudins, a hamlet belonging to Plan de la Tour. It is a typical southern French village where you will find shady squares, a weekly market, stores and restaurants. Plan de la Tour offers year-round entertainment, including traditional festivals, (wine) tastings, exhibitions, dance, theater and bocce tournaments. The region is surrounded by vineyards and wineries, which will be happy to let you taste the most delicious wines. The location of Hameau des Claudins can truly be called unique. This nature house is apartment number 12, a nicely furnished, comfortable and renovated apartment. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room with sofa bed and kitchen and a spacious terrace. The apartment has a natural stone floor. Everything is located on the ground floor, ideal for families with small children.
Nature and surroundings
The Maures Mountains take their name from the Provençal word ''maouro,'' meaning ''dark,'' and are located between Hyères and Saint-Raphaël. The mountain range is densely covered with chestnut, cork, oak and pine trees. A round trip will lead you along steep roads through the untouched and deserted mountains with breathtaking landscapes. You will find villages like Collobrières, known for its chestnut jam and candied chestnuts, the 12th-century Carthusian monastery Chartreuse de la Verne and la Garde-Freinet. The artisan village of Grimaud offers stunning views of the massif and the coast. Hameau des Claudins is a hamlet consisting of two Provencal, stone buildings, housing several completely renovated apartments. You can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi or be tempted by a game of petanque. All in all, a wonderful setting to spend the vacations!
