It has electricity, running water, a shower and toilet, a double bed or two single beds and a kitchenette. It is located in a meadow above a small path, 150 meters from the river and 100 meters from the parking lot above. The varied nature and differences in altitude make this part of the valley in the south of France a dream location for vacations, swimming and hiking. The river running over rocky outcrops with waterfalls and a natural swimming pool give the property a fairytale atmosphere, and you can also enjoy the meeting room with dance floor, colorful terrace and board games. The estate is not suitable for children. Guests are required to leave the cottage clean. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge.

The mountainous landscape with its clear streams, old chestnut forests and rounded hills is still largely unspoilt. The verdant valley lies within the "Grands Causses" nature reserve, through which meanders the river Tarn with its many tributaries. The estate lies at an altitude of 300 meters in the Tarn valley, just a few kilometers from villages with restaurants and stores. 60 kilometers away, you'll find Millau, with the world's highest viaduct, and the 'Gorges du Tarn'. The medieval town of Albi (home of the Cathars), with its old red-brick center, imposing cathedral and Toulous Lautrec museum, is 40 kilometers away. In the surrounding area, you'll find picturesque villages with castles, artists' villages, signposted footpaths and lakes and rivers for canoeing and kayaking. The owners have no fewer than 50 homemade day trips in the area for you. The Tarn valley offers many opportunities for hiking, swimming, fishing and fly-fishing.
