As you can see in the first photo, the nature house is located behind the main house, on a plot of about 3500 m². It is a "small but nice" cottage, cozy and comfortable. The sleeping area is a "sovloft," a sleeping loft, with room for two people. There is a folding bed for a possible extra sleeping place. The cottage is heated by underfloor heating, so it can be lived in even in winter. In the info of the house it is mentioned that pets are not allowed. However, this applies to dogs. Our cats absolutely do not accept dogs on their property. However, should you wish to bring your cat(s), they are welcome as guests of our cats.

In the immediate vicinity of the nature house is Björken Lake, a ";bird pond" that is home to many water birds. In spring this is a popular resting place for the cranes on their way north. In August/September you will see them again on their way back south, mostly together with their young. In the evening hours, when the birds return to their overnight stop, be sure to visit the observation tower. A mighty spectacle!
