Superb house with views over the mountain slopes and a 3 person outdoor Jacuzzi*.... With a veranda, adjacent to the living room/kitchen with French doors, this very quiet nature house offers a lovely relaxing place. 4,000 m² of private land with vineyard, orange, lemon, apple, plum, cherry, fig and chestnut trees and an associated pine forest. The house is detached and has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and spacious living room/kitchen of 30 m² with beautiful views. In addition to the veranda, there is a very large outdoor space to enjoy the nature in the immediate vicinity. From 3 in the afternoon you can use the large swimming pool 900 meters away from the landlords. The village of Vila nova de Poiares with its weekly market, stores, cafes and a few restaurants is a good 2 km walk or bike ride away. On the way back a little climb. *9 euros / 3 hours

Canoe trips on the Mondego, flanked by green mountain slopes.Trees such as pine, eucalyptus and citrus trees, which provide a wonderful smell, are abundant. Many beekeepers make the tastiest honey and, of course, delicious olive oil is pressed from the olive trees. oning is for sale in the market. Visiting the ancient slate villages in Gois Lousã is worthwhile. Visiting ancient Roman excavations in Conimbriga and the natural park Buçaco with 11 hectares of walled park, 30 MIN. Or cool off in the fresh Atlantic Ocean 45 KM. Or visit Coimbra, an ancient university city with cozy streets, culture and fado music.
