This luxurious and spacious cottage-like nature house (180m2) is located on a hill in Glanges with a heated pool (10 by 5) a bocce court, sandbox & playground equipment and an enclosed garden and terrace for the dogs, You have direct access to the woods and garden in the hilly countryside. The house is adjacent to the courtyard which is also fenced. On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen with a Falcon stove, large refrigerator, Nespresso Vertugo, dishwasher, washer & dryer and a cozy sitting area. There is WIFI (fiber optic) there is a Smart TV, there are books and board games available. The open staircase leads to the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 sleeping places and a wood stove. On the 2nd floor there is an ensuite bedroom. For your child there are camp beds, high chairs and there is a changing table. There is a private terrace of 40m2 with large walnut trees for those warm summer evenings. On the ground floor is another bathroom with shower and toilet.
Nature and surroundings
You will find this nature house in a hamlet on a vacation domain of 6 HA with 2 more vacation houses in a renovated barn. The view is great and the area has a beautiful hilly landscape. The Limousin has a still unspoiled nature. Worthwhile car-walking and cycling (for trained cyclists). Meandering rivers, vast forests and hills and narrow country roads. Many attractive villages are within 30 minutes drive such as les pus beaux villages: Segur le Chateau, Uzerche, Saint-Robert, Arnac Pompadour and Mortemart. If you like to go to a big city, there is Limoges, the city of the countryside . A lively student city for cultural visits , many restaurants , boutiques & museums . You can also kayak or walk through the city park and along the Vienne River. For golf lovers there is plenty to do in the area, in Limoges there is an 18-hole course. In short, an environment to spend time together, young and old.
