A nice, cozy nature house where dogs are more than welcome. The chalet has been completely refurbished to your own creation in chalet style and can accommodate two to four people. There are two cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a dining area and a lounge with pellet stove. There is a flat screen with PROXIMUS TV and free WiFi. A fitted kitchen with dishwasher,combi microwave, stove, freezer. On the covered terrace overlooking garden and forest you can enjoy a glass of wine after a long walk. Next to the cottage in the garden is a fixed barbecue with sitting area for those nice summer barbecue evenings. For the dogs there is a 1000 m² fully fenced garden. There is free parking in front of the cottage. Don't feel like going to the bakery? The hosts' breakfast service is among the possibilities.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the province of Luxembourg, Barvaux-sur-Ourthe, eight kilometers from one of the smallest cities in the world, Durbuy, with cozy alleys, nice stores and restaurants. Furthermore, one can spend hours hiking in the surrounding forests. The dolmen, menhirs and museum of the beautiful village of Wéris are worth a visit. If you drive a little further towards Aywaille, you should definitely take the Ninglispo walk. In the summer you can play golf nearby or go kayaking, to the labyrinth or to Durbuy Adventure for caving or one of their other fun activities. A 10-minute drive away you will come across a Carrefour, Spar or Aldi and further on in the center of Barvaux a Delhaize. Here are also some nice restaurants. Near the chalet is restaurant Les Hazalles, where you can go for a snack or a drink after a brisk walk. A breakfast basket or breakfast service can be ordered in the bed and breakfast, located in the same neighborhood.
