This detached, modernized bungalow on the edge of the Parc Naturel Regional du Morvan, Burgundy, is equipped with modern appliances and surrounded by a large, fenced garden. The house has a cozy living room with sliding doors to a small south-facing terrace, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and two bedrooms. All rooms heated by electric radiators. From the second patio, located in the garden, you have a magnificent view over the Morvan. On the left you can see the Bibracte (a Celtic excavation) and on the right Mont Beuvray, the highest mountain/hill in the area. On the grounds of the house is ample parking for several vehicles. At the back of the garden is a third, covered terrace, where you can stay in the shade on one of the many hot, sunny, summer days. The garden is wonderful for people and animals. Evenings are great for bbqing or you can have a cool drink in the evening sun.

Genetouse / Saint Prix is a small hamlet in the Saone-et-Loire department, on the edge of the Morvan Regional Nature Park (similar to the Hoge Veluwe). It is a vast, unspoiled, mountainous area with meadows, hedgerows, forests, hills, streams and reservoirs. At a good time you can spot deer, wild boar, badgers, foxes, raptors and other birds. Because there is no industry, there is hardly any air pollution and because it is a sparsely populated area, there is also hardly any light pollution, so that in cloudless skies many stars can be seen. For hikers, cyclists, bird watchers and other nature lovers, this is a beautiful area. If you like culture and archaeology, there is plenty to experience. Food and drink are also important in Burgundy, and the cuisine is world-renowned. The French region of Burgundy is known as a romantic region with many beautiful castles, towns, nature and rural villages where wine and gastronomy take center stage.
