This unique nature house is a small floating house located on an island in the Vinkeveense Plassen, very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. It is accessible by boat and you imagine yourself in an oasis of peace in the middle of nature. The cottage is equipped with all amenities. In the living room there is a sofa bed which can be transformed into a double bed. Via a staircase you will find the other bed. The large windows in the house make you become one with nature. For €30 euro per day you can rent a whaly boat from the landlord. The landlord rents out two more nature houses, also on an island in the lakes. They have a wood stove. Cozy for a burning stove in the fall.

Nature on and around the Vinkeveense Plassen not only provides a beautiful backdrop during a day out, but the docklands are also home to a variety of flora and fauna. De Botshol is even home to a spoonbill colony. This area is accessible outside the breeding season only by canoe/rowing boat. The Vinkeveen Lakes offer something for everyone in terms of recreation and nature. The lakes are characterized by the legacies and the ring of 12 sand islands. For water recreation there are unique opportunities here. You can explore the area by sailing and motorboat, but also very well by canoe or whisper boat. Especially for canoes and whisper boats, a number of routes have been set out.
