On vacation in your own country, in the middle of the woods. That is possible in this nature house, located in the municipality of Holten in the beautiful province of Overijssel, in a wooded area known as the Borkeld. The bungalow stands in the woods on a plot of 840 m² with plenty of privacy. The nature house is equipped for six people. The cottage has a living room, three bedrooms, kitchen, hall, shower, toilet and storage room and there is a separate shed in the garden. The living room has a lounge sofa and two chairs, a six-person dining table, (satellite) television, small sound system and DVD player. The kitchen is modern and includes: a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, coffee and sandwich maker and finally a kettle. There is also Internet access (also WiFi) through a wireless modem. Heating is through a central heating system with radiators in each room and there is a wood stove in the living room. The whole area is fenced with garden netting and both entrance gates can be closed with a lock, so dogs and (small) children cannot just run away.
Nature and surroundings
Holten is located against the National Park The Sallandse Heuvelrug, which is managed by Natuurmonumenten. Here you can enjoy the quiet and beautiful nature of Holterberg and its surroundings through hiking and cycling routes. The village has all stores for daily shopping and the neighboring town of Rijssen has even more stores. In the center of Deventer is also pleasant shopping and there are all the major retail chains present.
