The indicated deposit consists of € 100 deposit and € 250 advance energy. Afterwards, deposit is refunded in case of no damage, energy is settled with consumption. The beautiful nature house is located on 10 hectares of private forest, near the unique nature reserve Overasseltse Vennen. The house includes on the ground floor a hall, a living room with cozy dining area, a kitchen, a toilet and a shower. There is also a combination microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Pets are welcome. The nature house must be left clean upon departure and smoking is not allowed in the house. It is not located on a park. WiFi is available.
Nature and surroundings
The area has many recreational opportunities. Examples include hiking and cycling, as well as golf, fishing and horseback riding. If you want to be pampered, you can do so in the new sauna complex Thermen Berendonck. In the immediate vicinity of the nature house are Nijmegen, Wijchen and Grave with their sights, museums, stores and restaurants. In the nature house is extensive information with tips for arrival and departure and further you will find folders about the area, about hiking, biking, restaurants, etcetera. The distance to Nijmegen is about 10 kilometers.
