This nature house is a modern, very well insulated villa with indoor pool in the middle of nature on the outskirts of the village of Noiseux near the Ourthe and Durbuy. The house has a spacious living room with modern kitchen, lounge with wood stove, internet, TV/DVD with home cinema and PS4 and four bedrooms, three with double bed and sink and one children's room with bunk beds plus extra single bed. Bathroom with bathtub/shower, separate bathroom with shower by the pool and two separate toilets. The indoor pool with sauna overlooks the private garden and pond with large windows (water 28°c, room 30°c). The terrace is partly covered and equipped with a gas barbecue. The village shop (one kilometer) has fresh rolls daily and on the Ourthe (one kilometer) there is a nice sunbathing area for summer. Closed garage for bikes or motorcycles. PLEASE NOTE: Arrival is compulsory between 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Bachelor parties, youth groups and nightly noise will not be tolerated.
