Nature house in SOMME-LEUZE

Very spacious nature house with indoor pool for 12 people, spacious garden and beautiful view located in Somme-Leuze a few kilometers from Durbuy. The spacious living room with corner lounge, gas cassette fireplace and flat screen TV also has a billiard table for a cozy family evening. A long table opens onto the stylish, modern kitchen with kitchen island, so everyone can lend a hand or already serve an aperitif. The swimming pool (8x4 meters& 1.5 meters deep) has sun loungers, a spacious walk-in shower and an infrared sauna. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Two rooms with double bed, room with three single beds and children's room with two bunk beds and a bed drawer. The spacious play attic has a game console, board games, kicker and air field hockey. Outside, the 2,500 m² garden provides parking for three/four cars. The large terrace with petanque court has a beautiful view of the region and is equipped with garden furniture. Bachelor parties and youth groups are not allowed. Drinks, food and ball games not allowed in the pool area. No smoking inside and pets not allowed. ATTENTION! Arrival possible only between 15-16h30.
