On the ground floor you will find the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have an induction stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker and kettle. In the living room there is a comfortable sitting area with digital television. The luxurious bathroom has two showers and a sink. The bedroom is suitable for two persons. On the second floor there are three more bedrooms, each with a double bed. Nature houses 24630 and 24629 are on the same property. The landlord also speaks good German.

The property is located on the Meuse River. There is a boat ramp available, so you can bring your own boat to go up the Maas. The nature house is located near the church village of Grubbenvorst. During the hot summer days you can eat an ice cream here at one of the best ice cream parlors in the Netherlands. Golfers beware! The cottage is also located next to the 9-hole golf course Slottermolen.
