For good reason, this is a nature house: the house is located on a 60-hectare estate with mostly forest. There is a badger sett and a spring. With great regularity, deer, wild boar and various predatory birds are seen. The first neighbors live two kilometers away. This spacious farmhouse was built more than 200 years ago in the tradition of the Périgord. On the ground floor of the nature house there is a large, cozy dining kitchen and a large living room with many old features. In the basement is the master bedroom and a new bathroom. These are built into the rock and therefore remain wonderfully cool. On the sleeping floor are three spacious bedrooms with five single beds, two of which can easily be changed into a double bed. You will also find a new bathroom here. The house is suitable for seven people.In the yard there are two houses that use one spacious swimming pool (11 meters long).

The nature house is located in the middle of prehistoric sites. It is located between Lascaux, Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Perigueux. The most famous tourist sites are within 30 kilometers of the house, including La Roque St. Christophe, La Madeleine, Pre-Histo Park, Grotte de Lascaux, Grotte de Grand Roc and Le Thot. There are also many chateaus, including Chateau de Losse, Chateau de Puymartin and Chateau de Commarque.
