Nature and surroundings
In the valley there are several small villages. In the immediate surroundings you see hills with trees and mostly organic vineyards, sheep and a small river. A little further on looms the very changing landscape of the Aude and the Pyrenees. Cypresses, olives and the yellow stone of the houses give the area a Mediterranean atmosphere. On this side of the river Aude you see ochre-colored earth, on the other side is red earth. You can make beautiful walks and bike tours. From your terrace you have a beautiful view over the garden with fruit trees and the surrounding hills. At night there is a beautiful starry sky and you can hear the call of the owl. It is a quiet place. The area is authentic and peaceful. In the area you will find many powerful energy places, such as the labyrinth in Nebias, the Hermitage in the Gorges de Galamus and the Mary Magdalene cave near Rennes le Chateau. There are impressive Cathar castles on striking mountain tops.
