Truly unwind in nature? That is possible at this nature house on the outskirts of the village of Leuvenheim, right on the hiking and biking trails of the Veluwe. The nature house, 'the old front house', is part of a converted farmhouse and is suitable for two guests. It has its own entrance, hall, kitchen with cooking facilities, bedroom and private bathroom. Lots of privacy therefore. Coffee and tea is available free of charge. There is plenty of space outside to enjoy the peace and quiet, lovely with your feet in the grass. In the summer you can even swim in the private pool. On site you can book an exclusive half-day sauna at an additional cost of € 35. With National Park Veluwezoom and National Park Hoge Veluwe in the neighborhood, old Hanseatic cities Zutphen and Doesburg within reach and museum Kröller Müller, museum MORE in Gorssel and Palace Het Loo in Apeldoorn in the vicinity, the nature house is the starting point of your journey of discovery in the Veluwe.

The nature house is located directly on the hiking and biking trails of the Veluwe. With the junction routes you cycle as National Park Veluwezoom! Here are several nature observation posts to spot wild animals such as red deer, fallow deer, roe deer, Scottish Highlanders and wild boars. But also on an evening walk from your nature house you can see deer, hares and kingfishers in the woods and meadows around Leuvenheim. Enjoy the beautiful estates in the vicinity, such as Landgoed De Wildbaan (diagonally opposite the nature house), Landgoed Den Bosch (50 meters from the nature house) or Landgoed Leusveld near Brummen. And how special are the floodplains of Cortenoever! From Brummen there is a route over paved paths and dikes along the green IJssel floodplains where you can enjoy panoramic views. Halfway it is possible - outside the breeding season (March 15 - about July 15) - to follow the Laarzenpad of Staatsbosbeheer, right through a nature reserve. Or cross the IJssel by ferry and go back in time in the smallest town in the Netherlands.
