Nature house in Casamona

Rates are based on two floors in high season. Outside the high season in summer, it is possible to rent only the top floor if you come with a smaller party. Different rates apply to that, of course. The house is surrounded by nature, with a fantastic view of Arezzo. The house consists of two floors, with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on each floor, and is decorated in Tuscan style, with a nod to the Netherlands. In a spacious garage there is an additional bathroom with shower and toilet, useful when you just come out of the pool. Furthermore, the kitchen upstairs is equipped with a bread maker, so you can wake up every morning with the smell of fresh bread!

If you are looking for peace and quiet, you have come to the right place: beautiful surroundings, birds singing and butterflies fluttering, total relaxation. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with lots of greenery and has a private pool. A more peaceful place is hardly imaginable! The nature house is located in the middle of nature reserve Prato Magno. You will therefore mainly hear the birds, the rustling of the wind or absolute silence. Enjoying a fresh coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the hills and Arezzo, what a must! Five kilometers away is the quiet village of San Giustino Valdarno, nine kilometers away is the ancient Loro Ciuffenna. The nature house is 30 kilometers from Arezzo. Florence and Siena are within an hour driving distance. There is a good chance you will encounter a deer or wild boar on the way to the house (especially after dark).
