In the old stable of this farmhouse, from 1914, the landlords have created a nature house. The nature house consists of a spacious room/kitchen of 42 m², equipped with underfloor heating, gas stove fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and WiFi. The large sitting area has a TV and an electric fireplace. There is also a dining table with six chairs. In the stable loft there are 2 double beds, a shower room, two rooms with sink and a second toilet. There is a covered terrace, equipped with fridge and barbecue, and a terrace with lounge set and large table. We would like to show and tell you about the farm, but the farm is not a children's playground! With us on the farm, it is possible to dine boergondish, what the Pot schaft! The farm stands in Stolwijk, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the middle of the meadows. Through characteristic country roads, many bicycle routes are possible to, for example, Schoonhoven, Oudewater and Gouda. By car you are within 30 minutes in Rotterdam, within 45 minutes in Utrecht or The Hague and within one hour in Amsterdam. Stolwijk in the Krimpenerwaard, fun in every season! Relaxed cycling & walking. An extensive network of cycling and hiking trails awaits you. The walking and cycling nodes make it easy to plan your getaway. There are more than 200 kilometers of routes on paved and unpaved paths. You can stop along the way at one of the many restaurants in the villages and towns or on the waterfront. You can still admire the many historic buildings: farms, churches, mills, pumping stations and water towers. For the children there are several bridges and huts to build and they can study fish and critters. Krimpenerwaard consists of eleven beautiful very different villages and towns.
