This agriturismo is a rural oasis, ideal for family vacations. You can relax by the pool, sunbathe, mountain bike or hike in the spectacular Apuan Alps. The villa that the hosts rent out has three apartments in the same building. In total, the nature house can accommodate 14 people. They can use eight bedrooms, six bathrooms with showers, three kitchens, three patios and one terrace. In the villa you can sit outside and enjoy meals while enjoying the fantastic scenery. One of the three apartments has a double bedroom with a large bathroom for people with disabilities. This apartment has its own ramp through the side garden and is wheelchair accessible. The swimming pool is normally open from May to September, weather permitting. The temperature of the water is about 25 degrees, which is due to the heat system.
Nature and surroundings
Located in the Garfagnana region, the agriturismo is an ideal base if you want to explore the Apuan Alps Regional Park and the Apennines of northern Tuscany, but don't want to be far from the Cinque Terre or Versilia. The landlords farm organically, producing olives to make extra olive oil. The Pozzoni's family also has two friendly dogs and five cats, and last but not least, their beautiful daughters Delfina and Elettra are really expert in making sculptures with marble and in art in general. The surrounding gardens are particularly beautiful in spring and early summer with the color and fragrance of the many rose bushes and peonies. In autumn, the hills are colored yellow and orange and the olives are ready to harvest. The Apuan mountains are famous for hiking and there are hot springs and caves to explore. There are many walks to other villages that pass through chestnut forests and quiet fields. There are also marble quarries nearby.
