The beautiful naturehouse is built on a green hillside with private pool and sea view is located in the small village of Kavvadades directly by the wonderful bay of Arillas with its beautiful beaches. This naturehouse has a living space of 130 sqm spread over three floors and is designed for six people and 2 more guests at sofa bed in the 3rd big (35sq.m) bedroom.The modern and very brightly furnished villa comprises a spacious living/dining room with fireplace, open kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms (each with en-suite bathrooms), a large pool terrace with an eight x four meter pool, six sunbeds and sunshades as well as an outdoor dining area. The facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, sandwich button, coffee machine, a large flat screen TV (SAT-TV), air conditioning in all rooms, broadband internet (WLAN), a washing machine, and a barbecue. The entire villa is kept in pleasant, friendly natural tones and has a lot of wooden furniture.

This naturehouse with private pool is situated in a quiet location on a hillside in Kavvadades in the northwest of the island of Corfu in the immediate vicinity of the three villages Arillas, Agios Georgios Pagon and Afionas. Due to this location several beautiful sandy beaches and also the double bay Porto Timoni are very well attainable. The nearest are the sandy beaches of Arillas (about seven minutes away by car) and Agios Georgios Pagon (Pagi) (also about seven minutes by car) as well as the sandy beach of Agios Stefanos (about 13 minutes by car). Especially the sandy beaches of Arillas and Agios Stefanos, but also the southern part of the long sandy beach in Agios Georgios Pagon are all very shallow and therefore very suitable for children. Along the three sandy beaches you will also find a good selection of cafés, bars, taverns and restaurants as well as supermarkets, bakeries and souvenir shops.
