The nature house is a vacation home built as an open loft in a pre-1650 water mill. It has one bedroom and is a romantic vacation home, full of character and with the old beams still visible everywhere. There is a free-standing bath, a private balcony and a private garden. Should you need extra sleeping space, there is the possibility of a double sofa bed. The bathroom is in open communication with the bedroom. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a TV with English and French channels, USB charging points, WiFi, a DVD player, a wood stove, a barbecue and you can use the 50 m² swimming pool (solar heated). There are also games in the garden, including a badminton net, table tennis, jenga and bocce ball.

You are here five minutes from a town where you will find all the facilities, five minutes from the highway and yet so quiet that you can lounge and relax as much as you want. Close by there are: antique and brocant markets, Chateau-du-Loir (four kilometers), biking opportunities and fishing (huge carp, trout and more, in Lake Marcon at 11 kilometers). The Loire Valley, also known as the "garden of France," was so named because it was a beloved region for many kings and nobility, and where they built many of the royal castles. From incredible visits to one of the châteaux (Amboise, Le Lude, Chennonceau, Chambord, Saumur), wine tours, cycling routes, ATB routes through the Foret-de-Berce, Le Mans and its history of motorcycle racing to the fantastic cities of Tours, Saumur and many others. These gites are popular with many hikers, fishermen (the private lake is close by and so is Lake Marcon, with carp and pike up to 30 kilograms and more), families and couples wanting a romantic vacation. Lake Marcon is also a very nice water sports lake.
