This nature house is detached in a lovely quiet area, among large trees overlooking protected landscape. The house has everything for a large family or family (reunion). A master bedroom with a 2-person (adjustable Auping) bed, a bedroom with a 2-person box bed and also 4 bedrooms with bunk beds. Suitable for max 6 adults and 4 children; the house is ideal for e.g. 2 families! All rooms have their own sink. There is a spacious kitchen with everything you need. The living area has underfloor heating and each room also has its own radiator. Both the sitting room and the dining room have a fireplace. The dining room is very spacious, the table tennis table can be right there next to the dining table! There is also a table pool table. The nature house has two simple showers and two toilets. Outside is plenty to do: lounge on the super-sized lounge sofa, swing in the big sycamore tree or build a giant hammock.
Nature and surroundings
Directly from the nature house you can start wonderful hiking and biking tours. The street turns into a dirt road after 100 meters and there you come to the creek. If the water is high enough you can canoe there (there is a 3-person canoe available). Nature reserves (Noorderbroek and Slangenburg Estate) are nearby. Within walking distance (in Westendorp) is a pancake house, a (food) cafe and a snack bar. Doetinchem, Varsseveld, Ulft, Zelhem and Winterswijk are larger towns nearby with many stores and plenty of sporting and cultural offerings.
