Romantic nature house on the edge of a vast nature reserve. The cottage is located in a village and has unobstructed views of woods and fields. Virtually untouched nature reserve, ideal for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, picnicking, swimming, rafting, canoeing and mushroom searching. The village has a store, open in morning hours, and there is a pub, open in the evenings. Large supermarkets at +/- 15 minutes away. Possibility to visit spas Marienbad and Karlsbad, maximum 45 minutes by car. Prague at one hour and 15 minutes. Many castles in the vicinity. Possibility of outdoor rides or riding lessons on trained horses. The cottage is located one hour from German-Czech border near Eger/Cheb. Breakfast possible 20 euros per person per day.
