This spacious cottage is located behind the house and overlooks the valley. Only the farmer comes along and we sometimes and otherwise it is quiet.... The back of the nature house faces the sun so it stays cool in summer. It has its own terrace and adjacent the common garden with the swimming pools, the swing, the hut and (if necessary) the clotheslines. If you enter through the porte-phenêtre, you enter the living room/kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. Connected to that is the double bedroom downstairs with next to it the bathroom with washing machine. Going up the stairs you come to the landing where the second bathroom and two other double bedrooms are located. Down the stairs there is a spare bed just in case....

It is very quiet here. You only hear nature sounds, mostly birds, sometimes interrupted by a tractor in the distance. You don't hear the cows in the fields: they just graze. The nights are pitch dark, unless the moon is shining. From the cottage you can walk freely down to the Bulvin. Crossing it, you can go straight up or turn left: either way, you enter the forest for a brisk walk. This route takes at least five quarters of an hour and is effortlessly extendable until you can't take any more. Maps are provided. You can also go in the other direction, toward the village. There the shortest round is three-quarters of an hour and also extendable to infinity. It's called the Sud-Morvan here: less steep than the Morvan and more open through the meadows, creating a varied landscape. A short distance away is the Loire, a rain river so shallow in summer and great for recreation. Mountain biking is possible everywhere here and cycling especially along the Loire and the Canal de Nivernais (180 km).
