This is a Villa located at the border between Umbria and Tuscany. A well restored, stone built house on a hill with views all around, near a small village between Città di Castello (Umbria) and Castiglion Fiorentino (Tuscany). The house is divided into 3 rooms, 1 bathroom with shower, big living room and kitchen on the first floor. A jacuzzi is available outdoor in the solarium area and a BBQ. Perugia Airport is just 50 minutes driving (fligths coming from Belgium, The Netherlands, UK)

The Villa is isolated and surrounded by the green hills. We recommend a reliable car for the countryside to reach the property (SUV, Jeep etc...), much easier to drive in rural areas. Anyway the road to reach the Villa, the last Km, it has been fixed on 2022. The property is also surrounded by olive trees and we are olive oil producers. The landscape is going to give you so much calm and relax when enjoying your Jacuzzi. From the Villa you can easily have the following daytrip: Arezzo, Citta' di Castello, Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona, Citerna, Montone, Perugia, Assisi. Shops and restaurants are at 4/10 km. The owner can help you to organize your trips, making some reservations on your behalf to public swimming pools, restaurants, natural reserves and is available 24/7 via WhatsApp providing all information for an unforgettable stay.
