Architect designed and fully insulated holiday cottage with very special furnishing and many interesting details. The house is heated by an oil-fired boiler, which means that heating costs are considerably less than in homes that are heated by electric heating. The house is located close to the beach. The house includes a large pool room with an indoor swimming pool, 4-person whirlpool and separate bathroom. The spacious kitchen, which is in open plan with the living room, has a dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge/freezer. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, TV with many channels as well as DVD player and radio.
