The nature house is a beautiful spacious Finnish Log Cabin located in the woods on a dirt road and offers with lots of privacy. If you want to enjoy peace and nature then this house is ideal. The location is unique on the forest edge of Het Laer with a wide view of the nature reserve of the Regge valley at the back of the house. The house offers all the desired comforts for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The house has three floors and can accommodate a party of eight. The house has an open kitchen, sunny conservatory, spacious sitting room with fireplace, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. In the basement there is a recreation room with its own bar, billiards and game table for a cozy family evening together. There is also a gas barbecue available for outdoor dining on a beautiful summer evening. Furthermore, internet, WIFI and fiber optic TV are available.

The house is in the middle of nature where squirrels, deer and many birds such as the kingfisher, pied woodpecker, wren, swallows and many other species, are frequent visitors. It is only a 15-minute walk to/from Ommen train station. The center of Ommen is two kilometers away and can be reached by bike in 10 minutes. The house is located on the forest edge of the nature reserve Het Laer with on one side a beautiful wide view over meadows where Lakenvelders graze and where ducks, swans and geese fly in and out. These meadows are part of a nature reserve that functions as a flood storage area for the Vecht and Regge rivers. On the other side, the house borders the forest. You literally walk from the front door along the unpaved path into the forest where you can also find heathlands, shifting dunes and forest lakes. The Laer is a protected nature reserve and ideal for beautiful walks and bike rides.
