Recreational opportunities in the area: ski area Hochrindl to 1800 meters (near the vacation home) with several ski elevators (snow cannons available),ski area Bad Kleinkirchheim at 25 car minutes with more than 100 kilometers of slopes, two thermal baths in Bad Kleinkirchheim, hiking area right by the house, toboggan run in Sirnitz (4 kilometers), natural swimming pool at 4 kilometers, Ossiachersee at 25 minutes by car (water temp in summer is 27 degrees) with all kinds of water sports, restaurants in Hochrindl and Deutsch Griffen (also a supermarket), numerous historic towns and charming villages.
