Welcome to our attractive 5-person nature house in the beautiful surroundings of Winterswijk. The house is completely free in a quiet forest park (no reception or further facilities!) about 4 km from the center of Winterswijk. With the house belongs approximately 800 m2 fenced private land. Ample parking, terrace with garden furniture and a generous lawn is available at the house. The house itself is built of brick and has central heating. Layout: Hall, simple shower / toilet, living room, 3 bedrooms (2p, 1p, 2p) and kitchen. Total living area 55 m2. In the living room: sitting area, dining area, fireplace, digital TV and wifi. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, 4 burner safety gas hob, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, airfryer, sandwich maker, toaster, rice cooker and all the necessary household equipment, cutlery and crockery.
Nature and surroundings
The area around Winterswijk is National Landscape Park and is characterized by wooded banks, alternating forest and arable land, heath and fens, rolling fields and meandering streams. Around Winterswijk is a multitude of old estates. Our bungalow is ideal for tranquility, cyclists and walkers. The Korenburgerveen nature reserve is right around the corner. Walkers and cyclists are well catered for. Winterswijk has the densest cycle path network in the Netherlands. The village of Winterswijk has extensive shopping facilities and a lively weekly market. Worth seeing are the Villa Mondriaan museum and the town hall. Winterswijk also has plenty to offer for water recreationists. Recreational lake 't Hilgelo is located 2.5 km from our bungalow.
