Renovated and comfortable Salland farmhouse with private driveway and thousand square meters of land including a soccer field. Everything for a carefree stay is available. On the ground floor: a well-equipped kitchen with combination oven, induction hob and dishwasher, living-dining room with wood stove and garden doors to the terrace, double bedroom with en suite sitting room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Under the stairs is a second toilet. On the second floor is a second bedroom with two single beds and a sink. In the room next to it, the former hayloft, there is a single bed. In spring and fall, the conservatory is a nice place between inside and outside. In the barn there is additional garden furniture and a freezer. The nature house has no gas connection, but it does have solar panels. A heat pump, supplemented by a wood stove, heats the house. Outside are several opportunities to sit and enjoy the view.
Nature and surroundings
Located in the heart of Salland, between the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zwolle, the IJssel and the Vecht, the Veluwe and the Sallandse Heuvelrug, surrounded by ancient estates and Havezaten, our nature house is a fine starting point for cycling and walking tours. For cooling down you can choose from several (un)indoor swimming pools, recreational lakes, or just the IJssel. Within walking distance is Museum de Fundatie/Casteel Nijenhuis. Theaters and concert halls in Raalte and Zwolle have an extensive schedule for theater and music lovers. By train you can get there in eight minutes. The station is 2.5 km from the house. Each village and hamlet has its own annual festival, some of which are nationally known. Among others, Deventer has the "Dickens Festival" and the largest book market in Europe.
