This nature house is an authentic attractive detached 4-5 person polder house 6 km from the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands. A cozy living room on original tiled floor with dining area and fireplace, separate small kitchen with 4-burner stove, fridge / freezer, small oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, 2 bedrooms, 1 upstairs with a double bed and a spare bed. The children's bedroom is on the ground floor and has 2 single beds of 1.80m. These are at a height of 1.20m. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Garden house and bike shed. Spacious garden with wooden garden furniture and an unobstructed view of the polders behind. It is our deliberate choice, instead of wifi and television, to enjoy peace and quiet, a nice bike ride and a good book. Guests bring their own bed and bath and kitchen linen. During school vacations, the minimum rental period is one week from Friday to Friday.
Nature and surroundings
Zuidzande is a small village in the municipality of Sluis, situated on one of the most beautiful cycling routes in the Netherlands. In the area: - Cadzand and Retranchement at approx. 5 km - Sluis at 6 km - Nature reserve t Zwin at 9 km - Breskens, Knokke and Duinbergen at approx. 14 km and - Bruges and Ghent at 27 and 45 km respectively - Antwerp at 90 km
