Our Nature house has 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms the pool is solar heated, tennis court, playground, Jacuzzi Hot Tub ,petting zoo, zip line, picnic area. The nature house is environmentally friendly, we produce our own solar energy and solar hot water, our saltwater pool is heated by means of thermo solar panels, by coming to our villa, your holiday will not produce any CO2 footprint to the environment. We make a family holiday fun and affordable. We offer the best family villa in Sicily, for adults and children. Large well equipped villa. Private heated 6x12 meter saltwater pool, open from April 1st to October 31st. Beautifully landscaped garden. Well equipped playground for children. Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on 5 acres of land and at the far corner of the property we have a petting zoo of domestic animals,chickens,ducks,geese,rabbits,tibetan goats, and much more ..kids and adults can interact with if they like. English speaking as a first language . Outside the nature house: From outside,the views are breathtaking, you may hear the peal of Modica's bells from a mile away and the closer tinkling of cowbells. We have especially planned for small children and babies, particularly with regard safety. All access points to the pool have gates to keep young children outside of the pool area.
