The detached house is located in the owner's own yard, however, your privacy will be guaranteed. In the yard of this nature house there is a dairy farm with cows of which the owner likes the children to come and have a look (discuss on the spot). On the ground floor is a bedroom with separate bathroom with rain shower located, toilet (2021) open living / dining room with cozy fireplace, kitchen and a utility room with washer and dryer. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom with a rain shower and toilet(2021). All beds in the house are completely new (2019) box springs and of perfect quality. From several rooms in the house you have a beautiful view of the countryside around the house. In the garden are several terraces including 1 terrace under a canopy.
Nature and surroundings
The area is an area perfect for hikers, cyclists and boaters. The possibilities for cyclists and hikers are endless and full of variety. The Wieden and the Dwingelderveld, the forests around Vledder and Appelscha, the dolmen-rich Havelte, picturesque Giethoorn and old towns such as Steenwijk, Vollenhove, Blokzijl and Zwartsluis are definitely recommended and worth a visit! And to sail in the Wiede-Weerribben.
