This cozy nature house (new construction 2019) is fully equipped. 2 st. garden doors and large windows offer a view of the spacious garden. There is a modern kitchen with up-to-date appliances, dishwasher, combi oven/microwave etc. A nice corner sofa by the TV corner and a modern trunk dining table for 8. Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. On the upper floor of this nature house another 2x 2-bedrooms and also a bathroom with shower and sink and toilet upstairs. On the driveway 2 cars can be parked. Within minutes you are both walking and cycling in the woods or nearby Huijbergen. Not suitable for groups of young people! Not wheelchair friendly.
Nature and surroundings
This villa is located on a beautiful plot of forest-heath land in a small quiet community of similar homes. It borders directly on the vast forest, hiking and cycling area "Staartse Duinen", which connects to the "Kalmthoutse Heide" (Belgium), a large nature reserve with many trails and lakes. Also new mountain bike routes constructed!!! The village of Huijbergen offers cafes, restaurants, butcher and a supermarket. Opposite the villa park is a beautiful management (conversion). In the immediate vicinity you can do unlimited hiking, biking, horseback riding, etc. There are also plenty of water sports opportunities in Bergen op Zoom (12 km), the "Speelmansplaten/Oesterdam" in Tholen and of course the Zeeland beaches. The pleasant city of Antwerp is about 40 km away. An indoor and outdoor swimming pool Laco 5 km away and an indoor pool/bowling alley/midget golf "Familyland" just 4 km away. Also the shopping center Rosada in Roosendaal at 15 km. A great unique location!!!
