The Loft is a self contained Penthouse apartment close to Acqui (2km). It is large , 120sq metres, with an open plan lounge dining area, the decor is modern designer and all items have been chosen with great care.There is a large bathroom with a bath/shower bidet and twin sinks. There is a second seating area with a futon that can be used for sleeping 2 people and a woodburning fireplace. Further to this the nature house has two very large adjoining bedrooms, both with double beds, the second room has an additional single bed and a baby cot can be provided. There is a further room on the ground floor of the house if you need space for an extra two people The Room @ Verdmont. The combined space would sleep 8.There is a DVD TV and high speed wireless internet. There is an air conditioning charge this is optional, and cost €10 per day. We also offer cooking & dining experiences at Verdmont, if you ever wanted to learn how to make pasta or pizza in a wood fired oven just ask.
Nature and surroundings
Verdmont is set in a quiet valley with vines lining one side and the other quite wild, due to this varied nature of land you will be able to see and hear many animals who have made this valley their home. Including wild boar, fallow deer, Buzzards, owls, night jars, bats, shrews, red squirrels and coypu.Acqui is a great little town to visit with everything you need, it is very charming, with many excellent restaurants and we can boast one michelin star rated, many bars and even has its own Roman ruins! We also have a world class Spa being a town based on thermal springs. Plus it is an excellent base for exploring Piemonte and discovering its fabulous wine (Barolo, Barbaresco) and cuisine. While you are here you can try our fun and hands on Pasta making class or a pizza workshop or relax with a Sommelier guided wine tasting!
