With a large fenced garden with garden furniture and hammock, this nature house is popular with families with young children also because it is very conveniently located to the playground and petting zoo. Helping feed the animals, petting the guinea pigs or taking a ride on our horse are favorites there. The bungalow is floor heated, equipped with a wood stove and has the possibility of floor cooling, great on hot days. The cottage is nicely decorated with second life furniture that gives the bungalow an English cottage atmosphere. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and shower next to the bath. The hanging toilet is in a separate room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge freezer and combination microwave.The three bedrooms have high quality box-spring beds. You can park in a free private parking space next to the bungalow. Wifi is free.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on a dirt road in the woods outside Otterlo, on a small-scale vacation park. You walk from your cottage directly into forests and heathland and Nature Reserve De Zanding. National Park De Hoge Veluwe is only 1500 meters away, Nature Reserve the Planken Wambuis just as much the other way. Stores are within walking distance in the village. In the reception of the vacation park is a store with organic products. Fresh herbs you can pick yourself in our herb garden. On the sunny terrace near the reception we serve delicious coffee with homemade apple pie. Books, DVDs and games can be borrowed there for free. In the immediate vicinity are attractive recreational facilities such as Burgers Zoo, the Apenheul, Ouwehands Dierenpark and the Dutch Open Air Museum. Also fun is asking for a tour of our own food forest.
