This nature house is a 6 person Finnish bungalow with an attractive wood stove in the living area, a dining area with open kitchen including combi microwave/oven. Fully floor heated. Bathroom with bath and shower. Cozy warm inside by the wood stove and if possible outside on the terrace or in the garden. Furniture gets a second life with us. This is more durable than new furniture. During your stay you can use the facilities of the small-scale vacation park. There is a nice petting zoo where the animals are fed every day, a playground and a terrace where from Monday to Saturday coffee/tea with apple pie is served. You can also use the media library with free loan of books, DVDs and games. In reception there is also a store selling organic dry goods, ice cream and vegetarian butcher products. Fun for children: an exciting treasure hunt or collecting stamps for a farmer's helper diploma!
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on a dirt road in the woods outside Otterlo on a small-scale vacation park. you walk from your house directly into forests and heathland and De Zanding Nature Reserve. National Park De Hoge Veluwe is 1500 meters, Nature Reserve the Planken Wambuis just as much the other way. Surrounded by attractive recreational facilities such as Burgers Zoo, the Apenheul, Ouwehands Dierenpark and the Dutch Open Air Museum. Ideal location as a starting point for walking/biking. You can park in our own free parking lot. Use of wifi is free.
